He has a wealth of management experience from a career which has spanned over 25 years. He has worked for a number of award winning Architectural practices across a variety of project sectors and for the last 10 years- exclusively within the bespoke high end residential sector. These include a variety of extremely challenging new build and refurbishment projects in some of the most exclusive residential addresses in central London.

David enjoys travel, sport and spending time with his wife and four daughters.

Andy studied Architecture at the University of Sheffield and the Bartlett, and has a wide range of experience across residential and commercial sectors. He has worked with some of the biggest developers operating in London and the UK, and with his eye for logistical challenges was instrumental in delivering the first block of the Athletes’ Village for London 2012.

Andy’s first love is one-off houses, and his work includes the unique & award-winning House Little Venice, and Queen’s Court in St John’s Wood where the latest methods in prefabricated timber construction were used.
He is a diligent architect with an eye for practicality, simplicity and usability in design, and enthusiastic on integrating green and sustainable ideas. He enjoys solving problems and building solid relationships with clients. Andy teams up again at Llama Architects with Adam John after they worked together for several years in London.
