Janey Butler Interiors and Llama Group have won two top 5* awards in the categories of: 'Interior Design Private Residence for North West England' and 'Office Interior for North West England' as a result of the stunning work achieved by the team.
It is the most acclaimed industry award throughout the region and the objective of the award is to recognise excellence and maintain high standards in the property industry worldwide.
The Awards are in their 25th year and last week the team were honoured to attend the prestigious award ceremony to celebrate the success with the team.
The International Property Awards were judged by an independent panel of 80 industry experts. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.
The judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, The Earl of Liverpool, and Lord Thurso, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.
The International Property Awards in association with Salice took place at The Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. Janey Butler Interiors and Llama Group enjoyed an evening of celebration which began with a gala dinner, followed by The International Property Award presentations.
The Alderley Edge project has also been nominated for the 'Best UK Interior Design Private Residence' award. The team will collect their award at the International Grand Final Event on the 3rd December at The Savoy Hotel in London.
The design studios situated within The Coach House has won the 5* award for 'Best Office Interior Design for North West England.'
The beautiful studios are situated within Capesthorne Hall, which was built between 1719 and 1732.
Inside, the historic building has been transformed into a stunning contemporary workspace that showcases Llama Group's award-winning architecture, construction and interior design. The original features have been beautifully preserved to maintain the character and rich history of the 18th century building.
Janey’s signature style can be seen throughout, combining natural elements with contemporary fittings. The space features many of the suppliers and brands that Janey Butler Interiors exclusively represent in the North West of the UK.

Janey Butler Interiors studio worked alongside the Llama Group Architects to redesign and extend our clients existing property. The result was a flawless interior layout, complete with Bulthaup kitchens and a Crestron & Lutron home automation system throughout.
Working in harmony with the enviable rural surroundings, they utilised outdoor elements throughout the property to create a light and airy space that embraces nature.
Meticulous attention to detail is seen throughout the luxurious family home and each piece of bespoke furniture is carefully appointed.
Modern luxury has been injected into the space using sumptuous fabrics combined with soft hues, creating a warm inviting space where their clients can relax and unwind.
